The ability to handle resistance as well as to motivate all involved parties are also critical for business success.ObjectivesSuccessful project and organizational management are primarily based on the ability to quickly and precisely evaluate the information that is obtained or available as well as to effectively communicate that information to team members and decision-makers. Depending on the level of hierarchy, function and information recipients, this requires the use of various information and communication tools. For the company’s management, tools of Business Intelligence are utilized that facilitate the real selection, analysis and presentation of information. |
ApproachThe module emphasizes developing or refining of the participants’ personal management and communication skills. A number of case studies and several speakers from various branches of industry and research institutions highlight diverse topics that are relevant for day-to-day management activities.
