Developing and implementing integrative strategies

Problem & Task

Volatile competition and technological innovations require the development of strategies that can be dynamically adapted to new requirements. An analysis of the competitive environment as well as the strengths and weaknesses of the company are essential to this. In addition, it is necessary to have a systematic understanding of one‘s own value creation chain in order to be able to increase efficiency through improved process integration.

Employees involved in decision-making must continually consider questions of strategy formulation and development and have solid knowledge of methodologies in these areas. This includes being able to recognize the opportunities and risks presented by technological advances and developing models for business transformation. Well-founded knowledge in both European and US Management philosophies are essential for committed managers in today’s corporate environments.
