Advisory Board Member Stefan Krause (Member of the Executive Board of BMW AG) joins Deutsche Bank

| Dipl.-Kfm. Stefan Krause, until now member of the board of directors for marketing and sales, joins Deutsche Bank AG as CFO. He will start working in the board of directors on April 1, 2008, and replaces Anthony di Iorio, now financial director, on October 1, 2008, as he is going to retire. |
In his new position Mr. Krause will keep on being a member of the advisory board of the MBA Business Integration and will also continue giving advice for the development of the program. |
