Interesting questions about Corporate Governance as well as Sustainability are in the heart of attention of the MBA Class of 2012 and the MBA QIAGEN Class of 2012 during the abroad- module at Florida Gulf Coast University. Under instruction of experienced lecturers at our partner university the MBA participants will acquire new knowledge in the sunshine state.
Taking decisions and solving problemsFirstly considering the fundamental process of taking decisions in companies and solving problems, the prospective Masters of Business Administration will deal as well with questions about Corporate Social Responsibility. Furthermore the newly drafted MBA module will give insights into Corporate Governance, the most recent sustainability concepts and possible effects on the supply chain. The visit of a local company will deepen the newly acquired theoretical knowledge. |
Contact to the local business communityFurthermore the MBA students have the opportunity to get in contact with the local business community, for example with studies about the US-American management methods or about the economical situation in the United States. A round table with local executives and a solemn dinner will complete the module. |
