Contemporary Management Concepts for Decision Makers

Contemporary Management Concepts for Decision Makers

The supplementary module „Contemporary Management Concepts“ will take place from April 11 until 15 in Wuerzburg. All enrolled students and alumni as well as external participants are cordially invited to this.

Module Background

Companies are recently optimizing stock, lot sizes and processes to be able to act successfully on the market. But in the future this will not be sufficient to achieve sustainable success. Given the difficult competitive environment of German companies within a high wage country and the increasing networking of international supply and output relations, Contemporary Management Concepts are offering an essential contribution for the structuring and systematization of economic decisions.

Knowledge of the appropriate techniques

It is a crucial factor for companies to know the appropriate methods and techniques that perform a surplus within the occupational surrounding. Subjects of the module are therefore established methods as well as innovative and very efficient techniques coming from other areas, like the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) or the Karnaugh-diagram which are transferred to economic surroundings.
