Within the framework of the Alumni workshop on October 23, 2010, the marketing expert will talk about the topic “Branding: values cost less”. In a connected world it is important to sustain the brand image and therefore link the external appearance with the interior of the company.

Strategic value systems are more important than huge advertising budgets

Branding for well informed customers works better not through huge advertising budgets but through strategic value systems that have to be tied to the action of the employees as well as to the internal processes. With this a customer can experience the product quality via all the interaction spots (e. g. the call center or corporate blog) in the same way.

The workshop explains in a comprehensible manner and on the basis of interactive case studies the construction and the management of a brand through an authentic statement due to lived values.
