The excellent quality of the organizational process of the Executive MBA Business Integration has once again been certified by the TÜV Süd Management Service. Within the framework of the 3. Surveillance Audit on May 10, 2010, the responsible persons of the University of Wuerzburg were able to give the fitting answers to all questions of the external auditor. DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 CertificationThe MBA study program at the University of Wuerzburg is still the first and maybe the only further education study program in Germany with an organization certified by the ISO rules. The certification history goes back to the year 2006. After a successful first certification surveillance audits were following, and last year the 1. Repeat Audit. Within the framework of the yearly inspections, specific areas of the quality management system are being examined.

Focus on students and instructorsThis year the focus was layed on the processes in relation to the students and the instructors. The check-up was based on the relevant documents which mainly are the descriptions of the organizational processes as well as the process instructions and the job instructions. Both the key performance indicators focused on the target groups and the way how to gather, check and transfer the suggestions and proposals of the students, lecturers and graduates are ideal as the external auditor says. Pursuit of continuous improvementAfter the closure of the audit the external auditor emphasized on the very positive and continuous advancement and improvement of the quality management system. The pursuit of a continuous improvement of the organizational process is established in the specific documents of the quality management system as well as in the awareness of the involved employees. |
